The meeting will be held in the Party Room, which is on the left as you enter the Library front door. If you are not able to attend, please fill out your Proxy Designee Form and Ballots and have your designated person bring them to the meeting. If you are coming to the meeting you can turn in your paper ballots as you enter the meeting room.

Bernadette Davis, who works at the library made all the arrangements for the meeting. She invites anyone who would like a short tour of the library to come 15-20 minutes early and she’d be happy to show you around and sign you up for a library card if interested.

Thanks to Bernadette for scheduling the meeting room and saving us $170 since the library doesn’t charge for the use of the room.
